MULTIACTION a modular system for quick and easy mounting of cylindrical roller brush.

MULTIACTION is the new patented universal combinable brush system to form solid and efficient cylindrical brushes.
The main feature of the support is the shape of its coupling with three “conical cusps” that characterize the ends of each brush module.
The main characteristic of the support is the form of its three-pointed joint visible at the extremities of the combinable module. The particular shape of the coupling surfaces favors self-centeringand self-support.
The height of the cusp, of about 15 mm, provides greater drag power and gives considerable rigidity to the brush as a whole when assembled.
How the MULTIACTION system works
Description of the MULTIACTION system
The MULTIACTION modular brush system is assembled on a shaft by fixing a final coupling element and the series of MULTIACTION sectors necessary to compose the desired length. The assembly is favored by a male / female reference which coincides with the adjacent sector.
The brush closes with another final coupling elementwhich is tightened with threaded dowels.
On the new MULTIACTION modular cylindrical support we can house three
arrangements of bristles.
- PERPENDICULAR – conventional distribution formed of tufts of bristles placed parpendicularly;
- FLOATING – distribution protected by Nuova F.lli Dondi patent already there for some time now on our cylindrical brushes;
- ENERGICA – a new arrangement that allows to enhance many technical aspects, reducing to the minimum the vibrations on the entire surface of the brush with a unique movement of its kind.

Sizing of the modular Multiaction brushes
The range of 17 MULTIACTION supports ensures maximum flexibility of application in any industrial area. The MULTIACTION cylindrical support are 200 mm long and they can be placed on shafts 15 mm up to a diameter of 152 mm. For specific needs we can bore the supports to the desired measure or insert the appropriate reduction.
The lenght of 200 mm (doubled up in comparison with the standards on the market) allows to:
- reduce the number of combinations;
- have less vibrations;
- have less mistakes;
- award more resistance to the traction shaft (useful if under sized).
